We hope you will join us for our Annual Meeting this year! After COVID and the hurricanes, we are excited to be able to host this meeting again this year! We look forward to seeing you all again and to welcoming several new pastors into our Association.

The meeting will be held on October 25 at 6:30 PM in FBC Sulphur‘s newly renovated facilities! Make sure to mark your calendars!

FBC Sulphur’s worship team will be leading worship and Dennis Watson from Celebration Church in New Orleans will be preaching.

Don’t forget to elect your church’s messengers. Each church is allowed to send their pastor and one lay person as Executive Board members. Each church is also allowed to send messengers to vote on any action items.

“Each church with fifty members or fewer shall be entitled to two messengers, and one messenger for each additional twenty-five members or major fraction thereof, provided that no church shall have more than fifteen messengers.”

We can’t wait to see you all there! It will be a great evening of worship, the Word, and discussion.
